AWS Asia-Pacific is working together with DLH East Java and Jasa Tirta I to improve water resource management in Brantas.
The AWS Standard v2.0 is now available for download.
The International Water Stewardship Standard (“AWS Standard”), first published in 2015, is a globally applicable framework that drives, recognises and rewards sustainable water management pratices. Following a two-year review and revision process involving multi-stakeholder consultations, the Standard has been updated to better reflect implementation realities.
Version 2.0 of the AWS Standard, launched on 22 March 2019, provides water stewards with a five-step continual improvement framework that enables sites to commit to, understand, plan, implement, evaluate and communicate water stewardship actions.
We will be holding online training courses in May and June 2019 – watch this space (or sign up for our newsletter) for further announcements!
